Join Glasshouse Events in Studio 5 for our heart healing and deeply relaxing cacao ceremony.
Ceremonial cacao is a heart centred plant medicine, that clears energetic blockages, and helps us to open and embrace our hearts. The cacao for this event will be beautifully complimented by drumming, movement and a heart centred sound bath and meditation.

The evening will open with shamanic drumming and movement. You will then drink the delicious cacao, which will be enhanced with a pinch of sea salt, cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup (any allergies please let Glasshouse Events know). You will then nestle down for a heart opening meditation and sound bath with 432hz crystal bowls… bliss.
This cacao ceremony is for a small group of 14 people only.
Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to lay out your yoga mat, pillow and blanket and to make yourself comfortable. Glasshouse Events are unfortunately unable to accept late comers and will be shutting the doors at 8pm. Please arrive in good time.
