Judy Hirsh Sampath is back! Her first yoga class at Jacksons Lane was in 2001 and just as the building has transformed, so has her teaching and her practice.

All bodies are welcome to join – it’s not what you look like on the mat but the quality of what you do and how you are with yourself.

Classes invite yoga postures, breathing exercises, embodied mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques.

Here are some ways that yoga and related practices can help you – physically, mentally and emotionally
