PUREFLOWYOGA: linking breath with movement
Join the Wednesday morning classes for the opportunity to set the mood for the day, bring focus, energy and calm into body and mind.
The class includes but is not limited to sun salutation, breathing techniques, postures and practicing to simply be in the present.
The class is a fusion of vinyasa yoga, with inspirations from other yoga styles where one aims to synchronise breath (pranayama) with movement (yoga postures).
All levels are welcome including beginners as modifications are given as suggestions.
Aliona Brearley has a wealth of yoga and body movement knowledge combined with over ten years of teaching experience. She is experienced with working with injuries, trauma, neurodiversity and teaching different ages and abilities. She is registered and insured with Yoga Alliance.
Classes will not be taking place on 12 April and 31 May.
£15 drop in/£120 for a ten class pass/£65 for a five class pass
