Pilates on Wednesdays for Beginners and Restarters (Level 1, 2)
Pilates is an exercise method reuniting the body and the mind. Building a resilient, agile, strong and supple body returning to good posture and vitality.
The 7pm is introductory level and is at a slower pace than the 8pm class.
