insideOut’s sessions explore the transformative magic of dramatic play to create an exciting and bonding experience where both parents and children grow while creating wonderful lasting memories together!
Their unique approach combines their research-based applied drama for emotional intelligence model with conscious and playful parenting principles. insideOut’s sessions include bespoke drama and mindful art activities carefully designed to unleash self-discovery and self-awareness while proving families with a highly connecting playful experience that builds emotional regulation, reciprocal communication, and nurturing relationships. By being wonderous children, both parents and children discover themselves and create new worlds together.
Sara Paz, Family Funtastic’s facilitator, is a theatre artist and drama-for-emotional-intelligence specialist with over two decades of working with children of all backgrounds, and with neurodiversity. In this new line of parent-child work, she applies her in-depth knowledge and experience in drama into creating a heart-centred and supportive growth-promoting environment where everyone feels comfortable, open, and curious!
One-hour session for all families, including single parents, one parent, or couples and children aged 6 to 12. Parents must attend with their child or children. Groups are small to assure your family quality attention and cater for your specific needs.
