Keeping safe

We can’t wait to welcome you back into our building. Before your visit, please read over the below carefully. Visiting us may feel a little different now, but we hope that but following the below guidelines we can keep our visitors, staff and artists as safe as possible.

If you have any questions on the day, our front of house team will be on hand to help.

Face coverings

When visiting Jacksons Lane you are expected to wear a face covering while moving around the building, unless you are medically exempt.

We ask that you also continue to wear it in the theatre while watching the performance.

While enjoying food or drink, you are welcome to remove your face covering in order to enjoy your food and drink.

All staff will also be wearing face coverings, unless they are exempt.

Non-alcoholic hand sanitiser is available around the building. Please do make use of it.

Attending a performance

We would recommend not arriving at Jacksons Lane more than 20 minutes before the time listed on your ticket as space inside the building is limited while renovations are still on-going.

Social distancing

Please give other people as much space as possible. We recommend at least a one-meter distance.

We encourage audience members to take reasonable precautions in relation to Covid-19, including regular lateral flow testing and following the most up-to-date advice from the government.

Showing symptoms

If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive, we ask you to not attend. If you have booked tickets for a performance, please get in touch with our box office so that we can discuss options with you
