How to Book

Tickets for all performances at Jacksons Lane are available to book via our website, over the phone or in person.

You can find details of all our upcoming shows on our Whats On page.

To book tickets online, you will first need to create an online account. This is so that we are able to send you your ticket and process your payment. If you wish to be added to our mailing lists to hear more about our work and upcoming shows you can do this from this point, and can also let us know about any access requirements you may have.

After you have created your account, all you need to do is add your chosen tickets to your basket and continue with the process in a similar way to online shopping. If you have any difficulty booking tickets, or processing your payment please do call our team on 020 8340 5226 and we’ll be happy to help you.

Please note, the details below apply to Jacksons Lane’s programmed shows. Companies hiring Jacksons Lane for performances may operate differently.

For dimensions of these please see below.

We have space in our theatre for up to 6 wheelchair users, full information on how to book these spaces is available here. If a performance sells out, these positions may be released to general sale.

We are committed to ensuring that our payment options are accessible to everybody and continue to accept both cash and card payments for ticket purchases.

Card payments can be made online, over the phone or in person at our Welcome Desk. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Access and Maestro. However, please note that we do not accept American Express.

Cash payments can only be made in person at our Welcome Desk. However, subject to availability, we might be able to reserve your tickets until you are able to visit us to pay. Full information on our opening hours is available here.

As per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds on tickets bought for Jacksons Lane. However, subject to availability, we may be able to exchange your tickets to another performance or production. A £1.95 transaction fee applies for exchanges to cover our card operator costs.

Please read our Terms and Conditions for full information.

At Jacksons Lane, we are also working hard to ensure that our ticket pricing remains accessible. While we do not offer concession tickets, we often have different price bands across our performances with a lower entry price ticket option.

In line with the Disability Discrimination Act all customers are treated equally, therefore we also do not offer concessions on the grounds of disability. However, we do offer free tickets for those who need the support of a Personal Assistant to attend one of our performances. Full information on how to book these tickets is available here.

For most of our productions we offer a discount for large group bookings. If booking for ten people or more, your tenth person goes free. To book in these tickets you will need to contact our Box Office on 020 8340 5226.

Please note that this offer is only available on our programmed performances, and not our external hired shows. Some performances with smaller capacity may also be exempt from this offer.

Wheelchair users

Our main auditorium has up to six spaces for wheelchair users available. Click here to see a photo. These spaces have ample room for both manual and electric wheelchairs.

Tickets for these spaces can now be booked online, over the phone or in person. To access these tickets online, you will need to first log into your Jacksons Lane account and update your access information under Other Preferences. Once these have been selected you will be able to access wheelchair spaces for all our performances.

On our seating map you will find these indicated by a wheelchair icon. Next to these is also a space for you to bring a guest or personal assistant. If you are hoping to sit with a larger party of guests, and are unable to book this online yourself, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your booking.

If you are a wheelchair user, but prefer to transfer out of your chair into a standard seat you should book a standard space. If there are no remaining aisle seats available please contact our Box Office and we will do our best to find you an easily accessible seat.

Personal assistants

In line with the Disability Discrimination Act all customers are treated equally, therefore we also do not offer concessions on the grounds of disability. However, we do offer free tickets for personal assistants to support those who would otherwise not be able to visit the theatre for one of our shows. We would not ask you for any proof from you of eligibility, but do ask that the personal assistant is aged over 16 and accepts full responsibility for providing whatever additional support is required to assist the person in their care with access to venues and services. This includes in an emergency situation where an evacuation of the building might be required.

To book a ticket for a personal assistant online, you first need to update your access information by selecting ‘I require a Personal Assistant ticket’ in the Other Preferences section of your customer account. When booking you will then be able to choose to book a personal assistant ticket. Please note that you will only be eligible for the free ticket if you have another ticket for the same show in your basket, and have already updated your information on your customer account. The discount will then be automatically added in the final stages of confirming your booking.

Other access support

If you have any other access requirements, or information you would like to share with us so that we can better support you, you can add this information to your customer profile. To update this information visit the Other Preferences section of your customer account. Alternatively, you can call or email us and we can update this information for you.

If you need any further support, or want to discuss options with us in more detail, please do get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] or calling 020 8340 5226.

At Jacksons Lane, we host a wide range of performances for families and young people. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst in the venue and at no point left unattended.

Children under 18 months are considered babes in arms and as they can sit in their guardian’s lap do not require a ticket. Unless specified otherwise all children over the age of 18 months will require a ticket.

To ensure emergency exit routes stay clear, all baby carriers and pushchairs must remain outside the auditorium at all times. For family shows there will be a designated place for these in the main foyer.

As part of our environmental policy, we have committed to reducing the amount of physical tickets we print. We offer E-Tickets across all our productions, which are possible to book online, over the phone or in person at Jacksons Lane.

If you do not have an email address, or are otherwise unable to receive an E-Ticket, we are still able to generate a physical ticket for you to collect on the day of the performance.
