Coronavirus: Information from Jacksons Lane
Jacksons Lane has temporarily closed to the public. Due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, the Government has advised that the public avoid social venues, including theatres. As a result we decided to close Jacksons Lane from Tuesday 17 March. Please check our social media channels for updates.
All affected class tutors, space hirers and ticket-bookers are being informed.
If you have any urgent enquiries, please contact [email protected], though please be aware we expect a high volume of emails, so a response may not be immediate. Our staff are working remotely: please check our staff page to find staff members’ direct email addresses. Our phone lines are not being regularly monitored, but if you need to pass on a message and cannot email, please call 020 8340 5226 and leave a voicemail including your name, email address and contact number and we will try to respond within a few days. No one will be working during weekends.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?
If your event has been cancelled, you will be emailed with details about refunds. We ask that bookers consider donating their ticket to Jacksons Lane by not asking for refund, if they can afford to do so. This will help us reopen our doors as quickly and unconditionally as possible.
WHAT ADDITIONAL MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE IN THE VENUE?
When open, we encourage everyone using the building to maintain a high standard of hygiene and follow the NHS guidelines on how to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus. We’ve installed additional signage encouraging visitors to wash hands frequently as this works better than hand sanitiser. We’ve put tissues in each room so that you can follow NHS guidance.
ARE THE STUDIOS AND ROOMS STILL OPEN?
Currently the entire building is closed. We will announce on our social media channels once this changes.
