The Flying Bath
Little Angel Theatre5 May 12.00pm & 3.00pm
This event takes place at Jacksons Lane, not Little Angel Theatre.
When everyone has left the house in the morning, the bath toys head off on exciting adventures in their magical flying bath. From giving a muddy piglet a shower to putting out a fire for a frightened baboon, they have water at the ready for any emergency – as long as they’re home for the children’s bath time at the end of the day.
Julia Donaldson and David Roberts’ playful and adventurous story splashes into life in this adaptation featuring catchy songs, quirky bath toys and everyday heroes.
Duration: 1 hour
Age guidance: 2+
The show uses both English and BSL. One of the characters has a hearing impairment and uses BSL as well as English to communicate with his sister. As the show has very few words and is very visual, BSL is used mainly in places where the visual activity needs clarity in order to be understood by a d/Deaf person. We have aimed to make the show and its narrative accessible to both d/Deaf and hearing people.
