Corporate Training Away Day

What is it?

Our Corporate Training Away days are designed to give you and your team ample space to collaborate, discuss, think and plan as well as mixing it up with a circus workshop – giving you a chance to bond, develop team work and support each other in a fun and creative way. We will provide a professional circus facilitator with years of experience in leading these types of sessions which will be based around things like juggling and spinning plates and nothing advanced like acrobatics so you don’t have to worry!

Where is it?

The workshop will be based in our gorgeous Studio 1 – our largest studio space at Jacksons Lane, giving your team enough space to move around and play. This space is full of period features with the architecture of the original vaulted ceiling on display and large feature windows on either end of the studio.

The main session will be across Studio 2 and the circus session will be in Studio 1.

What will the day look like?

10.00 – 10.30                     Tea & Coffee, breakfast

10.30 – 12.30                     Part 1 of your away day

12.30 – 13.30                     Lunch

13.30 – 15.00                     Circus Workshop

15.00 – 17:00                    Part 2 of your away day / end

What else do I need to know?

Our workshops are suitable for all abilities. Our practitioners will have taught people of all ages, from children to older adults. We will ask you to let us know about any medical history, injuries and disabilities of the participants that we should know about beforehand. We ensure that the workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities and our circus facilitators will ensure that your participants are safe throughout the workshop, and most importantly have a great time.

Your participants don’t have to wear anything specific – perhaps ensure that you are wearing clothing you find comfortable to move in and comfortable shoes.

What’s included in the package?

• Event assistant to support on setup and the transitions between activities across the day
• For circus activities we’ve included 2 facilitators to deliver the workshop
• Studio 1 and Studio 2/Meeting Room
• Projectors, whiteboards and PA Systems as needed

• A facilitator and content for the non-circus parts of your away day
• You are more than welcome to order sandwiches, toasties, salads and snacks from our café for lunch. Alternatively, you can order a delivery from many of the local cafes on Archway Road.
