Learn skills to help you feel (and be) safer. You can learn how to defend yourself against grabs and controls, attacks with weapons, attacks up against a wall, and many other situations.

The classes are mostly aimed at beginners, and are designed to be as accessible as possible, whatever your fitness level.

£6 per session, first session free
