This practice is open to all levels. You are invited to move at your own pace, listen inwardly, and meet yourself exactly where you are. Each class offers a grounded, accessible way to reconnect with your essence, build strength from within, and cultivate a steady sense of connection in daily life. Kundalini Yoga weaves rhythmic movement, intentional breath (pranayama), and sacred sound (mantra) to awaken the natural vitality already present in you. Each session unfolds through a kriya (a purposeful sequence of postures, breath patterns, and inner focus) designed to strengthen the body, steady the mind, and clear the energetic pathways. Some moments are dynamic, others deeply still, creating a balanced experience that supports resilience, presence, and inner spaciousness.

Monday 12:30–13:45 · Studio 4 Kundalini Midday Reset: Align Your Week’s Intention A lunchtime practice to restore balance and energise your focus for the days ahead. Through breath, movement, and meditation, you’ll release distractions and anchor a clear intention to carry into your week. 

 

Wednesday 18:45–20:15 · Studio 4 Kundalini Release & Restore A grounding evening practice to let go of the day’s tension and replenish energy for the night.  

 

Friday 12:30–14:15 · Studio 4 Kundalini Friday Release A revitalising midday practice to release the week’s tension and step into the weekend with clarity and energy.
