These in-person circles invite women to reconnect with rhythm as a pathway to grounding, expression, and shared presence.

Using calabash, shakers, body rhythm, and gentle movement, we explore vibrant rhythms inspired by traditions of the African diaspora while weaving in feminine elemental ritual.

Each gathering creates a welcoming space where rhythm becomes a shared language — supporting creativity, vitality, and connection between women.

You are welcome to attend individual circles, join a series of four, or participate in the full eight-circle journey.

No musical experience is required.
