Learn the basics of Aerial Hoop and fly with strength and confidence! The classes will teach beginner mounts and dismounts, shapes, and transitions. The hoops can be fully regulated in height, and only four students are admitted per class, guaranteeing undivided attention and safety for all.
Your teacher is Arianna, a UK-certified Aerial Hoop Beginners instructor who has been training, performing and competing on the apparatus for over 6 years.
