Taiji and Qigong
This workshop will introduce you to gentle Chinese health exercises and is open to all ages and levels. Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines body movement, breathing and mental focus. Taiji (Tai Chi) is a soft or internal martial art. It consists of flowing movements that help to improve balance, posture and alignment.
Laura is an acupuncturist with over 30 years’ experience as a Taiji and Qigong instructor.
