Pilates for beginners and restarters (level 1)
Pilates is a mind body exercise building resilient, agile, strong and supple bodies. If you are looking to improve your posture, breathing and sense of vitality come and join this fun class. 7pm is the introductory level and will go slower than the 8pm class. Places are limited so please book in advance.
£99 for nine-week term or £13/class for half term
