PD Fit is a high intensity exercise class for people with mild to moderate Parkinson’s Disease. The classes are run by North London Neuro Physio and led by an experienced neuro physiotherapist, Emma Stebbings.
£20-25 per class pre booked as a block and paid for in advance.
