BecOMYoga: Yoga for body and mind stretch
This session is designed to everyone who is looking to find space of balance peace and harmony. This session include meditation, movement and breathing techniques.
After the class your energy level, balance, peace, harmony will increase. Moreover, level of anger, confusion and fear will decrease. You will be shown how to use an organic tools such as yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to see yourself as the creator of the space for your own need.
Despite all of this, you will experience the power of intention and being present.
