Jacksons Lane is seeking a new Visitor Experience Manager to join our team. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, cultural education, and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole. This is an exciting time to join Jacksons Lane as we prepare to celebrate our 50th anniversary with a host of events throughout 2025 and prepare for borough of culture to come to Haringey in 2027.
The Visitor Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of visitor service at Jacksons Lane, including managing the casual Front of House team, supporting the hires and events department, overseeing the smooth operation of our Box Office system, Spektrix and supporting the General Manager in the running of our beautiful Grade II listed building.
