Contract: Fixed term maternity cover – Full or part time (4 days per week) options available.
Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata

Jacksons Lane is seeking a maternity cover General Manager to join our team. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, cultural education, and outreach work for both its community and the sector.

This opportunity to comes at an exciting time for Jacksons Lane as we prepare to enter our 50th anniversary year in 2025.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who has a pragmatic and methodical approach to health and safety, HR, licensing and who is calm under pressure. Jacksons Lane is a vibrant and proactive organisation and so a passion for our work and continued development all aspects of the company’s work is essential.

You may not have worked in the arts sector before but may have worked in a similar role in the hospitality or events industries and will have a solution-based approach and ability to deal with a range of issues confidently and tactfully. An interest in our work as a charitable arts centre is important and you will be keen to learn about the contribution your role can make to the company.
