Jacksons Lane are seeking new Front of House & Event Assistants to join our friendly team. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, cultural education, and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole.
With a busy and varied programme of activities to support, from theatre shows, private functions and events, and weekly classes and courses, our Front of House & Events Assistants are a vital part of the successful running of the venue and delivering an excellent all round customer experience to our visitors, artists, audiences and building users.
We are looking for people with a friendly and welcoming demeanour, fantastic communication and engagement skills, and a proactive and pragmatic approach to health and safety. Experience working in an arts venue is not essential, but a passion for showcasing live performance and using the arts to build communities is a must.
Jacksons Lane is a vibrant and exciting organisation with a wide range of audiences and visitors, so a dedication to championing inclusivity and supporting accessibility for all is also essential.
