Contract: Permanent, no minimum hours required

Place of Work: Jacksons Lane, Highgate, London, N6
Application Deadline: Mon 24 June, 10am

Jacksons Lane are seeking new Duty Managers to join our friendly team. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, cultural education, and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole.

With a busy and varied programme of activities to support, from theatre shows, private functions and events, and weekly classes for our community, our Duty Managers are a vital part of the successful running of the venue and delivering an excellent all round customer experience to our visitors, artists, audiences and building users.

We are looking for people with fantastic communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanour and strong time management and prioritisation skills. The ideal candidate will also be able to work confidently under pressure, and have a proactive and pragmatic approach to building management and health and safety. Experience working in an arts venue is not essential, but an understanding of how a busy public venue operates and a passion for the arts sector is a must. Jacksons Lane is a vibrant and exciting organisation with a wide range of audiences and visitors, so a dedication to championing inclusivity and supporting accessibility for all is also essential.
