Jacksons Lane is seeking a new Café and Bar Manager to join our team. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole. Our café and bar play a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience, providing high-quality food, drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for our audiences, hirers, artists, and the local community.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café and Bar Manager Manager to lead and oversee the day to day operations of our Café and bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, community spaces, and the arts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and creating an inviting environment for our patrons. You will be responsible for managing staffing and wastage of stock, ensuring high standards of service, driving sales, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
