We accept Visa, MasterCard, Access and Maestro.
Group bookings
Customers receive one ticket free with every ten purchased (not to be used in conjunction with other offers).
Concessions
Rates are available with proof of status for OAPs, students, under 16s and unwaged. Carers attend free of charge.
Access requirements
When booking, please inform Box Office of any access requirements and we’ll do everything we can to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
General
You can choose to have your tickets posted out for an extra 50p (minimum of four days before the performance) or alternatively you can pick them up from Box Office on the evening of the performance.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on tickets bought at Jacksons Lane.
