Sugar Beast Circus present

(Event (Dimension):)

27 - 29 Jan 2012

Take your place as a participant in this beautiful scientific experiment as the creators of Milkwood Rodeo return to Jacksons Lane with a brand new performance.

{Event(Dimension):} presents the audience with two different experiences. United by the same soundtrack, the two versions of the show come together in an elegant and creative exploration of Quantum Mechanics.

Immersing us in nostalgic, kitsch Sci-Fi films and analogue computer graphics, {Event(Dimension):} is a new form of circus which calls upon our understanding of reality to question the role of the observer and the nature of time.

"Jacques Derrida suggested that to be haunted by a ghost is to remember something you have never lived through. The Milkwood Rodeo, the first of a double bill by Sugar Beast Circus, is like a physical manifestation of this idea, a strange melancholy ghost story" Lyn Gardner, The Guardian (on Milkwood Rodeo)

Presented in association with London International Mime Festival. Produced by McMcArts.

Sugar Beast Circus has been recognised internationally for its distinct aesthetic and conceptual approach to contemporary circus, representing a new generation of circus makers where fine art, abstract narrative and physical skill come together in an exciting new form of storytelling.

Sat 28 Jan - Join journalist Donald Hutera for a post-show Q&A with Sugar Beast Circus.
