Jacksons Lane is a buzzing and inspiring place to work where every staff member is valued for their unique skills and creativity. The team at Jacksons Lane is made up of full and part-time staff in a wide range of roles, who are supported by and work alongside a dedicated and driven team of volunteers.

We work with approximately 150 volunteers every year, who are involved in all aspects of the organisation, including on show nights, working with community groups, and providing education initiatives. On Christmas Day, a volunteer team act as drivers, chefs, entertainers and waiters to provide a great Christmas for 100 older people who would otherwise be spending the day alone.
