What is a family ticket?

A family ticket is four tickets with a minimum of two children in the group.


Are concessionary tickets available?

Yes, concession tickets are available for selected performances. 

Concessionary rates are available with proof of status for over 65s, students, under 16s and unwaged. Registered carers can attend free of charge.


Will I have to pay a booking fee on individual tickets?

No. There is a booking fee of £1.95 payable per transaction on ticket purchases online and over the phone. You will not need to pay a booking fee on tickets bought at the Box Office in person.


Where can I find the technical specifications for the theatre?

Can I advertise my event at Jacksons Lane?

Due to limited advertising space Jacksons Lane is only able to display posters and flyers for Jacksons Lane’s programmed theatre events and Classes and Courses. 


Is Jacksons Lane funded by Arts Council England?

Yes. Jacksons Lane receives core funding from both Arts Council England and the London Borough of Haringey. Please see the Support Us section for more information on our funding, and how you can support Jacksons Lane.


Will Jacksons Lane post out purchased tickets?

Yes.  For an additional 50p Jacksons Lane will post your tickets as long as the booking is made a minimum of four days before the performance.


Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

Unless your child is under the age of 18 months and will be held or sat on an adult's lap, you will need to buy a ticket.

We have subsidised, children's or concessionary tickets available to keep the cost down and allow families to attend live performance at Jacksons Lane.


Does Jacksons Lane’s theatre have reserved seating?

No, the theatre is all unreserved seating - though the sightlines are great from the whole auditorium. We recommend you arrive 20- 30 minutes before the start of the performance.  


Does Jacksons Lane have onsite parking?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any onsite parking. You can park on the surrounding roads from 12pm on weekdays and all day at the weekend.

 


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Jacksons Lane is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased. Please see terms and conditions for full details.


If I have booked a room can I arrive early to set up?

All room hire bookings are inclusive of any set up and clear up time. When making your booking, please bear this in mind and book enough time to set up and clear your event. Please call 020 8340 5226 with any enquiries. 


Can I bring my own food to Jacksons Lane?

All food must be provided by Cafe Theadro.  This policy also includes room hire bookings.
